Planning a luxury spa escape to The Spa at Breedon Priory? We can’t wait to welcome you! Leave your daily stresses behind and enter a haven of tranquillity. Here’s everything you need to know for an unforgettable experience.

What to bring:

Upon arrival, you will be provided with a fluffy robe, towel, and flip flops. Within our changing rooms, you will find hair dryers and plenty of toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just remember to bring your swimsuit and a mindset ready for relaxation!

For extra comfort, consider packing some essentials to enhance your stay, such as sunglasses, a hair tie, a book, your favourite podcast, some lip balm, moisturiser, a hair brush, and deodorant.

The most important thing to bring? Yourself – ready to enjoy a day of pure indulgence.

How to get the most out of your Spa experience:

Maximise your spa day by arriving early to unwind and fully immerse yourself in the tranquillity of our spa. Treat yourself to a full-day package for a comprehensive journey of pampering. Disconnect from the outside world by leaving your phone in your locker and being present in the moment. Enhance your visit by joining a workshop, enjoying a nap in the dedicated slumber room, or taking a mindful walk through our picturesque gardens. Don’t forget to take home our exclusive spa products to extend the benefits of your treatments.

Mindful practices during your visit to the Spa:

Our spa is a destination to escape from the stresses of the world and has been designed to offer a peaceful and tranquil environment for all. Therefore, we kindly request that our spa guidelines are followed and respected, ensuring our blissful atmosphere never changes and total relaxation for every guest is achievable.

To preserve the tranquillity of The Spa we request:

  • That all guests use silent mode on mobile phones and refrain from taking calls.
  • Filming and photography are not permitted in the changing areas.
  • Smoking and the use of electronic smoking devices are not permitted within any of the indoor or outdoor spa areas and its grounds.
  • Please do not bring any laptops or cameras into the spa or around the pool areas.
  • Please do not visit wearing fancy dress or inappropriate accessories. No decorations are also permitted within the building.
  • In rooms where quiet signs are visible, please keep noise to an absolute minimum.
  • It’s nice to catch up with friends but we do ask that when you are enjoying the relaxation rooms and treatment corridor that you keep your voice to a whisper.
  • Please do not reserve loungers whilst you are using the facilities. We have plenty of storage areas for robes, towels, and your belongings, to keep loungers free and your possessions safe.
  • We offer many options for food and drink. Please refrain from bringing in any outside food or beverages, unless medically necessary.

Preparing for your treatments:

Enhance your Spa Day with one of our luxurious spa treatments. Before your treatment, please ensure you are wearing either underwear or dry swimwear beneath your robe. Disposable underwear is available on request if needed and please ensure you have your flip-flops ready if you are booked in for a pedicure. We recommend that all make-up, contact lenses and jewellery are also removed prior to your treatment, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. We do not allow mobile phones or tablets in the treatment rooms.

Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time, enabling you to enjoy a personal consultation with your therapist to ensure the treatment can be tailored to your needs.

After your treatment, we recommend you sit back and relax in our post treatment area, for at least ten minutes, drinking plenty of water, savouring the moment and enjoying the fabulous views.

Some treatments may affect you being able to use our saunas and steam rooms, but rest assured our expert therapists will provide you with this information at the end of your session.

Expecting a little one?

If you’re expecting a little one, we recommend that you consult with your GP before your Spa Day, to ensure your safety and comfort during your visit. They will provide guidance on which facilities you can use and which treatments are suitable for you.

We recommend that you refrain from using heated rooms and outdoor pools for your wellbeing. However, you can still experience blissful pampering with our range of safe treatments for expecting mothers. Opt for any of our Spa Manicures, Spa Pedicures, or the soothing Mother-to-be massage.

For additional advice, and to check treatment availability, our Reception staff will be more than happy to assist you. Your wellbeing is our top priority, and we want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
