How far in advance should I book my treatments?

If you would like to add treatments to your day spa package, we recommend doing this whilst making your initial reservation. Our expert therapists get booked up far in advance, consequently we cannot guarantee availability on the day should you decide. If you do have any pre-booked treatments, these will be clearly shown on your schedule at arrival.

Is there anything else I need to know before I book my treatments?

Please note that treatments are only available when booked in conjunction with a spa day. Consequently, if booking online, please select your package first, then if booking a Wellness session add your treatments when prompted at checkout.

What to Bring

A fluffy robe and towel, together with a pair of flip flops, will be waiting for you in your own personal locker on arrival, with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryers ready to greet you in the changing rooms.  We recommend you leave jewellery and valuables at home, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to such items.  Don’t forget your swim costume, trunks, or shorts to enjoy our thermal suite and pools.

Robes remain the property of the spa and are fitted with a discreet security tag; but the flip flops are yours to take away with you unless you wish us to recycle.

Complimentary water is available within the Wellbeing Suite and post treatment relaxation area.

Arrival

Please arrive promptly at the start time of your spa day to allow sufficient time to check-in, change into your robe, and allow our team to familiarise you with the spa. A late arrival may mean that the scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured. The cancellation policy will still apply.

Age restriction

Please note, The Spa is accessible to over 18’s only.

Accessibility

For guests who have difficulty with mobility we have a large comfortable treatment room on the ground floor, that facilitates a wheelchair and have electric beds for ease of access. Access to the thermal area is via a separate corridor also on the ground floor.  We do not have a hoist on the poolside.

We recommend that anyone with accessibility needs or who is infirm, visits with a person who is able to take care of them.

If you require wheelchair access, please park in the Breedon Priory Health Club car park and access is gained to the spa through the Garden Café entrance; our team will be there to assist you.

Car Parking

The Spa at Breedon Priory has 100 complimentary parking spaces; however, cars and belongings are left at your own risk. The Spa at Breedon Priory does not accept responsibility for loss or damage whilst vehicles are left on the property.

Treatments

Before your treatment, please ensure you are wearing either underwear or dry swimwear beneath your robe. Disposable underwear is available on request if needed and please ensure you have your flip-flops ready if you are booked in for a pedicure. We recommend that all make-up, contact lenses and jewellery are also removed prior to your treatment, so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.  We do not allow mobile phones or tablets in the treatment rooms.

Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time, enabling you to enjoy a personal consultation with your therapist to ensure the treatment can be tailored to your needs. All treatment times also include a personal skincare prescription but are subject to change. While we always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals, your

appointment will still finish at the same agreed time, if your therapist has another booking immediately after.

After your treatment, we recommend you sit back and relax in our post treatment area, for at least ten minutes, drinking plenty of water, savouring the moment and enjoying the fabulous views.

Some treatments may affect you being able to use our saunas and steam rooms, but rest assured our expert therapists will provide you with this information at the end of your session.

Please note, on a very rare occasion we may need to move your treatment time. If this is the case, we will always do our very best to keep this as close to your preferred time as possible.
